Saurabh Rane
Director,Chhabi Electricals & Chhabi Electric Mobility
Saurabh Rane is a Director at Chhabi Electricals and Chhabi Electric Mobility, and a third-generation leader driving the next phase of the Chhabi Group’s growth. A Mechanical Engineer with a PGPBA from the Indo-German Training Centre, he brings experience from Bosch and exposure to leading global OEMs including Tata, Mahindra, Citroën and Toyota. His experience with German organisations and business culture has shaped a strong focus on engineering excellence, structured processes and global standards. He is focused on driving innovation, sustainability, strategic global partnerships and the group’s vision for exponential growth and international expansion.
Supriya Rane

Supriya Rane holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and plays a key leadership role at Chhabi, overseeing operations, procurement, accounts and after-sales functions. Her process-driven approach has strengthened operational efficiency, transparency and service delivery, helping transform Chhabi into a more structured and professionally managed SME. With a strong emphasis on systems, accountability and execution, she has streamlined critical business processes while fostering a culture of open, direct and effective communication. Her leadership continues to strengthen the organisation’s internal foundation and support its sustainable growth.

Chhabiraj Rane is the Managing Director of Chhabi Electricals and Director of Chhabi Electric Mobility, a visionary electrical engineer and second-generation entrepreneur. He has played a key role in transforming Chhabi into a trusted power electronics leader with a strong PAN-India presence and a growing footprint across 30+ countries. His leadership has focused on strengthening engineering capabilities, quality and standardisation while driving diversification into electric mobility, EV charging, renewable energy and emerging energy technologies. With a strong emphasis on innovation, reliability and long-term relationships, he continues to shape Chhabi’s growth and position the group for the future.
